Please forgive the randomness and jumping around in the next few posts–I’ve had a lot of thoughts swirling in my head but not enough time to blog like I wanted. Usually when that happens, it results in posts like this…
After a weekend trip to West Texas, this has been a busy week. Tice turned 4 months old on Tuesday. He had a fever after getting his 4-month shots on Thursday. He’s doing fine now, but we’re both tired. I have had a lot of work to do for the magazine, and I barely had time to do a quick cleaning job before my family came over last night to celebrate Mother’s Day. Hopefully they were looking at the cute baby instead of my disaster zone. Before baby, I just hated cleaning, now it’s just hard to find the time. Tell me I’m not the only one with this shame!
Here are a few pictures from the past week that I don’t want to forget.
Oh, my. Cutie pie!
Look at that little dimple! I’m in big trouble with this little guy!
My Walking Irises are blooming again. They’ve bloomed more this year than ever before. They make me happy.
Is that baby slobber?
We bought a new little play “gym” for him since he’s really reaching and grabbing now. Oh, and he’s found his toes!
EVERYthing must go in the mouth. But more about teething later…
